Summer is all about sun and those tan skin, but however sometimes when you live in Asia which has summer for almost 365/365, the heat is just too much for your skin. That is why today I am going to share with you a very easy but very refreshing facial mist that is perfect for summer everyone can easily make at home.

| Simple Ingredients |
What you need is:
- Witch Hazel Extract or Witch Hazel Water (15 ml)
- Distilled Water (85 ml)
- Lavender Essential Oil (pure or organic is preferred) (3 drops)
- Tea Tree Essential oil (2 drops)
- An empty spray bottle of 100 ml
This Refreshing Facial Mist consists of Lavender and Witch Hazel is suitable for all skin types, but especially good for acne, oily, stressed and combination skin :
- Witch Hazel reduces the sebum production to regulate oil production, reduces acne, lessens redness
- Lavender provides antioxidant for anti-aging, even out skin tone, and reduce eczema
- Lavender oil helps calming sensitive skin and improves general mood
- Distilled water will help to moisturise and refresh our skin naturally and reduce the heat
- Tea tree is an antibacterial agent to kill and prevent bacteria to grow thus creating pimples, also good for oil-control
How to make:
- Dip the spray bottle in a bowl filled with warm water for 15 mins to ensure no bacteria
- Wipe dry the spray bottle with tissue paper
- Pour the 85 ml distilled water into the bottle
- Add the 15 ml of Witch Hazel
- Lastly, add in 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil and 2 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil into bottle.
- Tighten the cap of the spray bottle and slightly turn it upside down a few times for ingredients to blend well (do not shake vigorously until bubbly)
- Be proud of yourself that you just created a very refreshing facial mist that literally costs 1/5 than the one over the counter
